Delivery was a pain. They wouldn’t call or text to give a heads up when they would be arriving. Our house is under renovation and I’m working from my camper in the backyard. I absolutely love this bed! I’ve had it for several years, and it still looks brand new. And we definitely haven’t been gentle with it - many kids have had plenty of fun jumping on this bed over the years, and it has held up beautifully! It does sit lower to the ground if you’re used to a higher-profile bed. I have a fairly thick mattress and don’t mind the lower profile at all, especially since I had younger kids when I purchased it. If you prefer a little extra height, adding a box spring or low-profile foundation could help. It’s very well made, sturdy, and has a clean, modern look.
