The bed arrived quickly and all the pieces were labeled with numbers, which made it easy to find the right pieces. That said, this bed took forever to put together. I thought I could get it done in a couple hours but 5 hours in I still wasn’t finished. Some of the pre drilled holes don’t line up perfectly so it makes the drawers wonky. We had to drill different holes to make them square. The provided tool works but only if you have ridiculous hand strength. Once finally put together (5 hours of one person assembling followed by 3 hours of 2 people assembling) it does appear to be a decent bed and my daughter loves it. The rolling bookshelf is surprisingly sturdy and the attached desk is a space saver.. Laura. NY. Thu Oct 15 2026

This is such a great bed! My daughter is obsessed with pink as you can tell from the pictures. It is such a fun bed for her! The lights are great and color changing. It seems to be built really nice also. Instructions were great which was so nice! The only things that I would change about this bed are putting a couple extra wheels on the trundle part to make it a little easier to put in and out and having the ability to put the headboard on the left or right end of the bed would be nice but these are not dealbreakers.. I have to admit I am very impressed. I thought it was going to be some lightweight MDF but it is much more solid than I expected! The instructions could be a bit clearer but they were easy enough to follow along. I took one star out because I think it’s a bit more yellow in real life than in the picture. I did the bookshelf part with my husband but realistically I could’ve done it all by myself, as long as you have enough space and don’t need to lift the pieces once they’re assembled. It also features a powder-coated finish that stands up to daily use.

The bronze color is a rich matte finish brown. I am 64 yo and was able to build it by myself. It did take a while (NOT 1.5 hours for me) and as another reviewer said, pushing all those plastic pieces in was rough on the hands ! It does seem very sturdy though. Well built, not flimsy at all. Don't tighten anything at all until everything is together - leave it really loose. Had to go back and loosen at first for more flexibility in connecting. 8" mattresses coming tomorrow - $99 deal each so the whole thing will be less than $500 for my grandchildren when they visit so they no longer have to bring sleeping bags or camp out on the floor ! I'd show you after the bedding is on but I'll prob forget so here it is....for now. Wendy. Ocean, NJ. Thu Oct 15 2026

Just built it so far looks good some of the holes aren’t aligned so measure looks off however it comes together. Be careful when tightening the hardware as if you go to tight the wood can break. My husband has a rough hand so I blame him. Also make sure you have 2 people, enough space so you can work well if pieces need to be laid down as in my case my husband again didn’t think it through. But liking the results so far. It’s a bed for my son long overdue.. Lucie. Valley Cottage, NY. Fri Aug 15 2025
