The clever footed design elevates hot dishes, platters, and cookware above counters and tables while also allowing air to circulate underneath. Silicone pads on the feet provide a stable base and help protect surfaces. Note: Do not place this product in an open flame or directly on any heat source. When used as a surface protector, some heat transfer is possible and should be used with caution on vulnerable surfaces such as natural wood, polished or lacquered wood, plastic table coverings, or cork-backed table mats.

Protect surface in style. This Trivet is made of gorgeous acacia wood, making it functional and beautiful due to its rich, shimmering colors. Use this handy accessory to protect your tabletops and countertops from heat and water damage. It features an intricate design that will add style to any home. Avoid heat marks and stains when serving at your next dinner gathering with this trivet. Decorative functionality at its finest. This product is made from Acacia Wood from Thailand, a non-endangered species that is not harvested from rainforests. We plant a tree for every tree we use. After use, wash this product in warm soapy water and wipe excess water off with a dry towel. Never soak or leave water on the wood during drying as it may result in warping over time. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. Rejuvenate and protect your board rubbing it down with Ironwood Butcher Block Oil after each use. When the board is dry, apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of our Butcher Block Oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood. From time to time, the surface may become "bumpy". This is completely natural as we leave all of our wood in its natural state with no varnishes or lacquers. You can simply use high grit sandpaper to smooth it out and oil it again to bring it back to new!

These look very nice and I like that they sit higher than a single layer. The selling point for me was that trees are replanted for those cut down.. Sonya. Urbandale, IA. Wed May 20 2026

Bring a touch of coastal character to your kitchen with this set of two octopus trivets from Things2Die4. The swirling tentacles, openwork silhouette, and textured bronze finish give each piece a sculptural look that feels decorative even when it is not in use. Each trivet measures 6.5 inches wide, 6.25 inches high, and 0.5 inch thick, making the set easy to keep on a counter, dining table, or coffee bar without taking up much space. This is a 2-piece trivet set designed for indoor tabletop use and decorative display. Each piece is made of cast iron and has a distressed bronze finish. The octopus shape is clearly defined with raised texture and curling arms that add visual interest from every angle. The cast iron construction gives the trivets a solid, substantial feel, and the small rubber feet on the underside help reduce scratching on surfaces. Extra rubber feet are included in case replacements are needed. These trivets work well for setting down hot dishes, pans, or serving pieces while adding a nautical accent to the room. They can also be displayed as wall decor and taken down when needed for kitchen use. There is no attached hanger on the back. Instead, each piece can hang through one of the tentacles, which keeps the design clean and allows flexible storage between uses. The compact size makes them easy to place near a stove, on a kitchen island, on a dining table, or in a bar area where you want both function and style. This set suits coastal, nautical, and ocean-inspired spaces without looking overly themed. It pairs naturally with wood, stone, metal, and neutral kitchen finishes. Use it in a kitchen, dining room, entryway shelf, or beach house setting where practical accessories are part of the decor. For care, wipe clean as needed and keep the set ready for everyday use or display.
