Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. The power reclining sofa arrived well packaged. Directions for assembly were pretty straight forward, and my wife managed to put it together by herself in about 20-30 minutes. Power functions work well and operate smoothly. Although it’s not a sink into it plush kind of sofa, it is fairly comfortable.
