I purchased this couch two years ago and has held up extremely well. I have waited to give you a review until now for some real insight. Great couch! It is slightly firm (I think why it’s held up well) though it would be much more comfortable with giant couch pillows. We are huge loungers and we have put in a lot of hours on the couch and it’s holding up very well. The couch is a huge hit at family gatherings because everyone fits! Couch took a while to put together, but in the end it looks and feels great! I didn’t realize the material was the basket-weave style that it is. I posted a close up for reference. Very nice! This was my first purchase from wayfair and a rather large one so I was really nervous but I love it. It is firm, not “cloud” like but I find it very comfortable, fabric is soft, it feels heavy and solid.
