My household is in agreement that the couch is firm-supportive, so we aren’t sinking in, but still super comfy. In fact, I took a three hour nap on it the day it was delivered. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

I really like it the color goes excellent with my decor. 30 min to 45 min to put together the pillow could be a more fluffy for the price its good. One thing I do struggle with is the seat pillows they dont rise to the fullest. Jacqueline. Thu Oct 08 2026

Absolutely stunning. I got the Grey Ainsley couch. This current view doesnt show the additional piece of the couch (I have that piece in the downstairs living room). This couch is sensational! The cushions are deep and comfortable, they are super super thick and have a good firmness, so hopefully the couch ages well. Best part, the bottom cushions have a removable slipcover so it can be washed! The back cushions are filled with loose fill, so removing the covers aren’t feasible. This is a stylish and practical sectional. The design, materials, and workmanship will match your all expectations. The oversized size allows you to enjoy a good time with your family and friends

Better than expected! I have 2 large football player sons and it’s sturdy, comfy, large/deep seats, and longer than my old couch which was the same style/size. I like the low profile back and arms, it keeps the open concept I enjoy. They can each lay on each end and I like to snuggle up with a throw in the corner with a cup of coffee. It has a protectant on it too which is appreciated! I got the light Grey. Def would recommend!. Amie. TX. Thu Jan 08 2026
