Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I really like this sofa bed overall. It’s the perfect size for two smaller adults to sleep comfortably, and it’s a great option for a small apartment without taking up too much space. The only issue I had is that one of the wheels underneath tends to come loose when pulling the bed out. It seems like that part wasn’t assembled very well. Bought this couch without trying it and was worried but I am so pleasantly surprised. It is so comfy and feels like a quality product. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section.
