First if the expected delivery date is a couple of days, don’t expect it like I did. It took 7 days to get from order.
I installed it alone it took 2 hours. Things to know: 1. Have a hot glue gun or superglue for the plastic pieces that go into the base for the door. They are not compression fit and will fall out. Do this on both the top and bottom before assembly. 2. Take the stickers off and use alcohol to clean the residue before installing. 3. Install all black rubber on to the knobs before starting. There are not extra, so do not lose any. 4. Once it’s time to install the top, do not fasten until you have the door installed. 5. For the metal plate on the bottom they give you two for some reason but you’re going to need super glue or hot glue to install the rubber piece inside of the plate, then to install that unit onto the glass door so it connects to the magnet. 6. Instructions are not clear, but there are rubber pieces that have to fit between the hinge that you use for the door to fill the gap plate and glass. Install this just shy of the edge then install into holes. Adjust bottom/top one at a time to get the perfect gap for when closing and opening. 7. The piece that is used at the base for the magnet is a tight fit and could damage the fake wood look so be careful when pressing into the hole.
Overall, I’m pleased and it suffices for holding autographed helmets in my office.. Erik. US. 2023-03-08 21:41:10
