These stools look just like the picture. Imagine my disappointment when I came home and I found 3 flat boxes sitting on my pouch. Did not realize they were build yourself. I have 2 done, takes me about 2 hrs.+ each. I,m a 65 yr. old woman with very little strength in my hands. I need to find someone who can readjust the cross bars as I cannot get them totally tightened. They are separating from the base. Pros: The chairs look good. The back edges are stitched.
