Had a lot of difficulty in finding an LVP flooring that was a nice light, but not too light, look with a beautiful variation of color and grain. The Rock Maple Medio is perfect and fills the bill. This Tarkett plank flooring is also narrower than most which gives it a more traditional look. We are doing our whole house in this and believe it will give many years of enjoyment.. Mitchell. NC. The Montrel collection’s durability doesn’t come at the expense of design: It looks just like real thanks to Emboss in Register (a technique that adds realistic texture to the wear layer), an ultra-finish, micro-beveled edges, and long length, all of which mimic the look of planks. An acoustic backing provides sound-dampening properties and added comfort underfoot.

I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. It's easy to sweep/vacuum and Bona mop.. Anonymous. Wed Dec 18 2024

Many things I love about this flooring: The color gradient is very natural in appearance, and the quality of the laminate itself is thick and durable. The non-damaged planks snapped together and locked in place quite effectively. Installation was reasonably easy after prep by leveling the subfloor, which was not so easy. Installing in a tiny bathroom was challenging only because the cuts needed to be so precise, and there were a LOT of cuts. What I didn't love: The first box of the 2 I bought arrived in essentially unusable condition. The snap tracks were largely broken, cracked, or gouged. Some of the planks arrived with corners completely broken off on both ends, making them entirely unusable. Wayfair did send a replacement at no charge and allowed me to dispose of them rather than box them for shipment back for a return, which I also appreciated. After using the floor for the better part of a year now, I have mixed feelings. The floor is durable, it looks nice; however, the floating floor does expand and contract with temperatures, and I'm not crazy about having to tap the planks back together every season change. . For the price, though, I believe this is a far superior option to many in a similar dollar range. It really does look like a hardwood floor, and I still get compliments when people see it. It's extremely durable, withstanding the rough treatment of 2 teenage boys in their own bathroom... I assure you, they are testing the integrity of the product, and it is passing with flying colors. I would just recommend allowing plenty of time to ensure that your planks can be inspected, additional product can be ordered in case of mishandling in the delivery process, and also to ensure the subfloor is in proper condition for installation..
