The table is perfect for my purposes and was fairly easy to put together with two people. The drawers come preinstalled to the table top, which is nice, but you would think they would be space properly. They’re don’t slide as well as I would like them too. Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. This vinyl tile was perfect - just what I wanted, and arrived faster than the same tile at any other flooring websites I found. Plus, due to the free shipping, it was also much cheaper than any of the other sites too! I probably sound like a gushing paid reviewer haha but I’m truly not - I just research stuff A LOT (way more than I probably should time-wise ‍♀️) and am happy to pass on great deals I have used and liked! We hired guys who glued down the tiles beautifully - but note that these tiles are manufactured to have a large gap (3/16”) between the tiles when they are placed next to each other. So, you’ll need to caulk (not grout) between them, with some sort of sanded silicone grout (note that the caulk needs to be sanded, not smooth, so it stays as placed rather than slumping) One tip- I needed 7 boxes of these tiles, but putting 7 boxes into my cart changed the arrival date to 3 weeks away (instead of 1 week away when putting 6 or less boxes into my cart). I called Wayfair customer service, and the lady said 6 or fewer boxes would come more quickly since 7+ boxes would require its own shipping truck. So she recommended that place 2 orders that added up to 7 boxes; I did that (one order of 6 and another order of 1) and the tiles arrived in 1 week after all! I recently bought this 8x12 heavy-duty outdoor resin shed, and I’m very impressed with the item. It feels noticeably more robust than other resin sheds I looked at — the reinforced panels and metal supports give it a strong, dependable structure. Even after heavy rain and gusty winds, everything inside remained completely dry. Putting it together was fairly simple and took around three hours with two people. The wide double doors easily accommodate my ladder and larger tools, and the reinforced floor feels firm and secure underfoot. One of the highlights for me is the custom-fit solar light. It’s a great addition — it mounts neatly inside the shed and provides impressively bright illumination. Arrived in 3 boxes. Directions were quite difficult to understand. Highly recommend that you check each piece off as you remove from boxes and put in order according to last 3 digits. Read directions thoroughly several times. Should have 2 stepladders. Needed 100 additional 10 12 inchpan head phillips stainless sheet metal screws. Result is quite nice.
