Esthetically, I love this toilet. I have never seen one with a square base. That brings not only a classy vibe, but seemed much easier to "level" on my very uneven floors. I didn't know a toilet could be this tall either. I'm 5'7 or taller and sitting on the seat, my feet are barely flat on the floor. If you're tall, you will love this. This model is one piece, so the tank comes pre-attached with the plumbing already in it. If you're installing yourself, you'll want to make sure you get a longer water supply line. I removed one star due to installation difficulty for DIY consumers. Notice there aren't any unsightly white caps to cover the screws on the side of the tank? Very clean look, but can be very difficult to set with the wax ring since you can't see where the screws are. Chalking a line helps, but not much, especially in a tight space. Have an extra wax ring on hand in case you "miss" the first time. Originally I couldn't figure out why the water in the bowl was so low, but customer service quickly advised me to move the water valve to the correct position, which filled the bowl normally. Well, what can I say? It's a toilet and it does what a toilet is supposed to do. It looks exactly like the picture shown on the web site. It flushes and fills without any leaks or other problems. The flushing action appears to be pretty good, but because our bathroom renovation is still in progress we haven't yet put it through any ... shall we say, "real world" tests. I'll update this review if any problems are discovered. UPDATE! - I'm pleasantly surprised with the flushing action! One push does it all, even for the lower water-usage button. I have another toilet in a separate bathroom from a well-known home improvement store but it just doesn't measure up, frequently requiring a second flush. In my view, it's worth spending a little extra to get something that works the way it should. One word of advice regarding installation. Be sure to connect the supply line and any accessories (like the hand-held bidet shown in this photo) to the toilet BEFORE setting the toilet on the flange. Purchased two. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Perfectly matched the new bone pedestal sink. All parts noted in the description were included. Installation was easy. My only negative is the lid cover on the toilet seat. It appears normal, but it must be thin because when my 145 lbs sits on it, it is shocking as it collapses into a concave shape.
