So, don’t get me wrong I LOVE this recliner. Its fabric is nice, thick and looks to be durable. Its color is true to the online pictures. It’s super comfortable and has plenty of cushion with adjustable lumbar support and head rest. It rocks, swivels and reclines making it the perfect comfy chair. And YES! You can rock with a slight recline. Also, the recliner feels solid which I expected with flexsteel. However, theres a couple things to note, which is why the 4 star rating. First, was that we actually ordered the hand lever version and was sent the electric version. I’m not really complaining honestly, but it’s worth noting the wrong item was technically sent. And in receiving the electric version came some of the features we loved (adjustable lumbar and head rest), but also where some of the issues come in. The buttons are not labeled and take some getting use to. They can also be a little finicky. For example. I pressed the recline button then the foot button to adjust the feet and went to adjust the back again, but it wouldn’t recline. I had to set the recliner back to default and restart the chair adjustment. Another is that the recliner does not lay flat. For me this isn’t a big issue, it’s good enough. But others may want the feature. Lastly, the slots that fit the back of the chair to the base can be difficult to get together on assembly and leave a gap at the seat back if not settled. Aside from these things though I do love the chair and recommend it!. Anonymous. Mon Aug 24 2026

I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter. A swivel recliner chair provides excellent support to your joints and back, thus eliminating chances of having pain or stiffness from sitting for too long in the wrong chair. And swivel chairs are practical in many ways because you can easily change direction to make it easier to get up or reach for an item that is on a table nearby.

I love my new chair. I splurged on myself and ordered exactly what I wanted. It’s beautiful, and I’m a rocker so I love that it rocks and swivels. Myroom isn’t complete yet, but I’m off to a great start. I took off one star for how difficult it is trying to put the leg rest down after having it up. I actually had to leap over the extended leg rest, and with all my might (which isn’t much) had to kick it hard to make it stay in place. I still love it though.. Neisha. Ham Lake, MN. Thu Sep 10 2026
