Build was easy. One of the leg pieces was bent. I had to hammer it a bit to get it to slide into place. This chair is great. It is comfortable and supportive. We were worried if it would work as my wife works from home and sits for long periods and needs a chair that is supportive. Sometimes looks compromise the support. Not the case with this chair. It was easy to assemble with clearly labeled parts and instructions. It is nice having a chair that looks nice and is functional.
