Enjoy your backyard in every season with this aluminum composite hardtop gazebo. The double arc roof blocks over 90% of external heat, keeps rain whisper-quiet, and stands up to heavy snow — all while weighing 65% less than a galvanized steel frame. Pre-drilled, pre-cut panels make assembly straightforward, and the corrosion-resistant build shrugs off coastal air and rainy climates. Zip up the curtains and netting for a private, bug-free retreat that stays cool, calm, and comfortable.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our gazebo! We could barely use our back porch before because it in was direct sunlight most of the day. Now we can enjoy being outside with no worry of sunburns!. Pat. Lafayette, IN. Tue Oct 13 2026

It was quite a journey from ordering to assembly. The Gazebo shipped in 2 boxes but, unfortunately, the first delivery had only Box #2. I contacted a Supervisor and was pleased with a substantial credit to my credit card for the inconvenience. I was told Sunjoy would only resend the entire order and that I could keep the original Box #2, no charge. As I was awaiting the replacement shipment on delivery day and had called to check on status of delivery, I was told by another Supervisor that the "Replacement Order" had arrived at the warehouse earlier in the week but the box and contents were damaged. So . . . Wayfair sent the damaged Gazebo back but failed to let the delivery company know. The Supervisor, again, pleased me with an additional substantial credit to my credit card for the inconvenience. The 3rd shipment arrived and a contractor (and 2 man crew) I had hired began assembly. Here are key points on the assembly process: 1.) The assembly took a full 2.5 days to complete by a licensed contractor and crew. 2.) The Manual is absolutely needed for success! It would be helpful if the dimensions (length) were added to the parts descriptions. 3.) Buyers should be aware that IF the Gazebo is being placed on a surface that is NOT completely level, it may be necessary to trim the wooden posts, per laser level results, to assure complete balance and a safe structure. 4.) VERY important to secure legs to ground as the large roof area will be affected by strong winds. 5.) Roofing Sheet Metal Panels - Good news, bad news: The panels are lighter weight and and prone to denting and possible scratching on the finish so HANDLE W/ CARE! All the panels are shipped with a plastic film on both sides of each panel. This protects the glossy finish from scratching (Good) but it is a VERY time and labor intensive process (Bad). Definitely worth it in the end but build in extra time in the assembly process. 6.) The wooden posts, supports and joists are a soft wood finish and may "bruise", so handle w/ care. Overall, we are pleased with the Sunjoy 12x20 Gazebo! It provides a good sized space for a couch, 2 lounger chairs, 2 ottomans, cocktail table, end table and rattan storage box. It also has room for a 5'x3' table and 6 chairs. We added an overhead fan/light combo (additional support beams were installed by the electrician), 4 electrical outlets, and Bistro style dimmer style string lighting for additional light and ambiance. The support and compensation from the Wayfair team was impressive.. Doug. Windsor, CA. Fri May 22 2026

We have full sun in our backyard until it sets. Since we put up the Gazebo it's been a game changer. There are a lot of parts but when done looks great. 3 guys all in their 70's put it together. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. I'm proactively giving a good rating, and will be back after assembly tomorrow. Good price, and I did some comparisons. I'm disappointed about the delivery. I've had large items delivered before a walk-in tub, custom sofa sleeper and both times, with specific, confirmed delivery instructions - had to get assertive with delivery guys, who prefer to drop these and similar items on my driveway in plain site. For this gazebo delivery, my instructions were to put these heavy boxes in my garage, which didnt happen. The garage doors were wide open FedX never cooperates UPS does. I can always depend on UPS. Ill see how this Assembly goes and then write my review. I'M BACK! Paying for the assembly was smart. 2 guys in uniforms showed up 7 am promptly the day of the predicted storm, and moved the boxes into my garage. They returned the following morning 7 am sharp, laid out all the pieces and had the gazebo built and secured to my deck. Then with owner supervising, the drapes/netting hung with completion in record time at 10:30 am. The gazebo is absolutely beautiful. My neighbor even took pictures of it. The addition of Wayfair's outdoor carpet ties it all together.. Turia. Vauxhall, NJ. Wed Oct 09 2024

Transform your patio or backyard into a stylish, all-season retreat with this hardtop gazebo. Its core strength lies in the double-layer galvanized steel roof, offering permanent, superior protection against sun and rain compared to fabric canopies, while the vented design reduces heat. Built around a heavy-duty, powder-coated aluminum frame with reinforced bracing, it ensures stability in all weather. The included ground anchor kit adds extra security on grass or soil. Enjoy ultimate flexibility with the dual-track system, featuring both mesh netting for bug-free airflow and privacy curtains. Easily create an open pergola feel or a cozy enclosed space. Perfect for dining, lounging, or as a grill shelter, it includes handy ceiling hooks for lights and is backed by a 3-month warranty for peace of mind.

Well patience is a virtue comes into play with putting this together. It is highly recommended to have two people and if its your wife whos assisting you just be prepared for a marriage counsel session We didnt give it 5 stars because there were some roof panels that were bent or dented which we had to re-form. We met the UPS driver on arrival so it wasnt mishandled and the boxes seemed like they were in great condition so unsure how some of the contents were damaged.. Gary. Maryville, TN. Thu Oct 08 2026
