I literally just put it together, filled it up and turned it on. So far, it’s sturdy and made well. The water flows well - but the top pitcher that fills and pours to the next, fills up too quickly and overflows. The other pitchers fill and pours properly. Assembly directions were lacking, but a bit of experience and ingenuity goes a long way. Initially had issues getting the water to pump when assembled but quickly figured out the hose connector had a crimp and was too long. Trimmed that connector a bit and that solved the problem.
