The only minor downside is if one side of the adjustable bed is raised and the other isnt, it can shift a little—but thats expected with split adjustable beds, not a flaw with the product. It has 3 settings and also you can set it to turn after a certain amount of time. The moist therapy is used with a foam pad provided that you wet and slip into the heating pad sleeve. I don't like it too much but I'm sure that a lot of people would prefer the moistness. Overall I give the product 4 stars because there is room for improvement .
