[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress topper was incredibly easier to open out of the box and it came with a sheet/cover to hold the topper tight to your mattress. It makes our bed so comfy! It’s literally like laying down on a cloud. The only time I ever wake up at night is if I’m sweating - never because I’m uncomfortable. I’m actually surprise how often I wake up realizing I never moved at all and woke up in the same position I fell asleep in. The only con I would have to say is that my flat sheet is not able to be tucked in on both sides of the bed since the topper added 2 more inches. My experience with Wayfair was wonderful. This mattress is exactly as described and pictured. The instructions said to let it sit for 48 hours so it can expand which we're doing at the moment. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. It is not the 14” ultra plush. It is the 13” plush. I really needed the ultra plush but this one is very comfortable if you like a plush mattress, it feels like laying on very soft foam on top of air. I can’t sleep on it due to my bad back but it does offer decent support and comfort. My husband likes it a lot and he prefers a soft mattress and is a side sleeper.
