It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. The packaging was very compact and easy to set up. Firm as advertised. It will take awhile for it to break in I think, but I can’t really take away on the review for that. I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Oh I am in love with my new mattress. I haven’t wanted to get out of bed. This is truly a memory foam bed, like seriously when you lay on it, it really forms to your body.
