This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support. I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. We'll see how long this lasts, I've had it up for a whopping 5 days so far & can't speak to longevity just yet. But it looks good!. Jg. Virginia, USA. Fri Sep 05 2025

This is a great value shed, once assembled it’s sturdy, roomy and stays dry and solid even through severe storms. Assembly is reasonably easy, it took me a day of assembling all the panels by myself then a couple of hours with the assistance of a few family members to erect it. The instructions are ok but could go into a little more detail, however if you read them closely and re-read them, they will tell you what you need to know for pretty much every part. The panels feel quite flimsy when being assembled, however when the shed is fully built they lock together to form a nice sturdy structure. Finally the holes for screwing the panels together don’t always line up perfectly - I ended up using the hole in the top panel as a guide and just punching a new hole through the panel underneath to keep them perfectly aligned. This really isn’t much of a problem at all as long as you have a good cordless drill, and you’d be mad to try to assemble a shed without one anyway. The brace piece between the roof and front panel broke when I was bending it to shape but I’ve requested a replacement from Absco and the shed is still solid without it in the meantime. It could also come with more screws, if you drop a few you’ll end up needing to buy some extras, but that’s only a few $. Overall though these are minor gripes and this is a solid, attractive shed for the price. I received the shed and once I finish putting it completely together realize that the floor frame that was supposed to come with the shed I did not receive. One of the deciding factors of why I ordered this particular shed was because it stated that it came with a floor frame and I did not receive it. Now that I have physically put it all together and do not want to waste my time taking it completely apart I now have to figure out a way to have a frame for the floor. I feel as though if you're going to list a product and in the actual description it states with floor frame it should actually have a floor frame.
