The Signature loaf pan is ideal for everything from bread and pound cake to meatloaf, brownies, and even ice cream. With a generous depth and capacity, it’s also great for bubbling casseroles and lasagna. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the excellent heat distribution creates golden brown crispy crusts and edges, while the straight sides make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.

Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. No metal utensils only silicone ones will keep the inner lining scratch free. Planning in making smaller sized lasagnas. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Cast iron means this can be pre-heated on the cooktop before popping it in the oven. So versatile. The color Rhône is spectacular. Feels luxurious !. Acerulz. San Francisco, CA. Tue Dec 16 2025

these are great pans, uniform and cooks well. Terrine dishes are traditionally used to compact a forcemeat mixture like pate (the resulting form is also referred to as a terrine). Some terrines include a weighted press that molds the mixture from all sides. As the meat cooks, the fat within it begins to set, helping the terrine hold its form. The enameled cast-iron pate terrine makes a stylish serving pan for meatloaf, fresh bread, pound cake, or homemade custard — and its temperature retention properties allow the dish to remain hot or cold at the table until the food is ready to serve.
