I was also extremely pleased with the delivery process. This is the replacement dresser for the original one I purchased. There was no issue when the first dresser had damage to the top. The delivery person immediately called Wayfair to fix the issue. I asked for a replacement. The first dresser was loaded back onto the truck, and in less than a week, my replacement dresser was delivered. Wayfair, and their delivery people were great to work with.
