Stainless Steel 10 Gallon Pot

The 3-Ply Stainless Steel Viking 12 quart. Stockpot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time than conventional stockpots due to the clad construction throughout the vessel. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel build allows the side of the vessel to transfer energy from the side walls as well as the bottom so that more of the pot is working to distribute heat quickly and evenly. Beautifully polished to a mirror finish the Viking stockpot is constructed with a three layers of metal - the exterior layer is a magnetic 18/0 stainless steel making this pot compatible with induction stovetops as well as gas, electric and ceramic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pot is huge and the inside markers for volume are great. Heat flows really well because it’s aluminum & stainless steel, so was able to cook at a lower setting on the stove more evenly. It was easy to wash and cleaned up well. The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026
