Our new saucepan turned out to be the perfect size for us, in between our smallest and the medium one. It’s very pretty. It cleans up easily and I did not even “season” it like the instructions suggested. So far I’ve only simmered vegetables in it and it worked fine. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. A famous cooking TV show and publication rated Tramontina next to the All Clad, which was a little over 3 times more than the Tramontina Signature.
