That being said- the number stickers are ridiculous to get off, there are areas where you can see paint marks from darker to white (i got the white option) and the number of screws on the stairs with no screw cover stickers provided makes things look a bit cheap. This is a beautiful, great quality, and sturdy bed. Ours came in 9 huge boxes delivered on or porch. A few of the boxes had some damage, but that’s to be expected when shipping heavy furniture in cardboard boxes. Only a few pieces had minor damage. We’re planning on calling customer service to get a drawer front replacement and some touch up paint. Two people were able to assemble it in about 8 hours. It took much longer than expected, caused mostly by the lack of instructions specific to the variation we got with two drawer sets and the stairs with drawers. We tried following similar directions for a different variation, but it just ended up confusing things. Now that it’s together, we’re really happy with it.
