Love this huge heavy dresser. And white glove delivery was great. Just a few notes, who ever did assemble it was sloppy. Plastic left on hinges inside and just thrown in the back of the dresser all had to be removed and all drawers had to be reset. A little wd40 helped fix. I really did love this purchase although it was a little annoying!!! I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dresser arrived with multiple manufacturer defects, including dents, scratches, and poor craftsmanship that affected its functionality. For the price, I expected much better quality. To make matters worse, the item is now out of stock, so I was unable to receive a replacement. Because this was delivered with white glove service, it also could not be picked up immediately, leaving me stuck with a large, damaged dresser in my home. I was also informed that if the item comes back in stock, I would not be able to receive a replacement at the price I originally paid. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Just built it solo. It took me a pretty long time. More than 4 hours but I wasn’t in a particular rush. It’s not too difficult or too heavy for one person. Just sort of labor intensive. It was VERY heavy upon delivery and bringing it up into my unit was hard. Definitely a team lift package but can be built alone without much issue.
