Pretty good quality and came well packaged. The instructions were clear, however, there are SEVERAL non pre-drilled holes, so if you do not have a drill this will be extremely hard to build - lots of force required to screw in. Love this huge heavy dresser. And white glove delivery was great. Just a few notes, who ever did assemble it was sloppy. Plastic left on hinges inside and just thrown in the back of the dresser all had to be removed and all drawers had to be reset. A little wd40 helped fix. This is a beautiful natural wood-tone dresser with ash undertones and 9 drawers. I love the rounded corners- they give it a soft, modern look. I have this in my daughter’s room, but it could also work beautifully in a dining room, TV room, or even a large foyer. The instructions were clear, and assembly took about 2 hours. The drawers are a good size- not too deep and not too shallow. They could roll out a little smoother, but it works fine for us. One of the drawers occasionally hits the top part of the dresser when closing, so I have to adjust it a bit, but I think it just needs a minor alignment fix.
