The sofa is perfect for comfort, size and beauty. My only suggestion is that somewhere in your description of the product it explains that assembly requires 2 people. I didn’t see that until after delivery when I opened the assembly manual. In spite of that, at 79 years of age, I was able to assemble it myself after considerable time and frustration. Another small detail is that I was unable to zip the back cushions to the sofa. Very little room for maneuvering my fat fingers. Today is another day to try that again.. John. Wilmington, NC. If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Arrived one day early and color was as expected. Assembly was surprisingly easy for me alone and I like the finished style. Minor problems are it's a touch firmer than I expected and I'm still waiting for the wrinkles at one end to smoothen out after 5 days.. Elton. Atlanta. Tue Sep 01 2026

Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Will always recommend this couch!. Kaylee. South Carolina. Fri May 29 2026
