Color is a little lighter than I hoped, but it is nice. Delivery and set up was great. The delivery guys were awesome!! It is definitely for smaller people. I don’t like the power buttons . They are too far back and it’s awkward to use. Also you have to use one button for up and down. You use the front of the very small button for up and the back for down. I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! I was cautious when I didn’t see many reviews, but the chair and sofa are much nicer than expected. Soft leather, well built and assembles easy. I would rate the firmness as not too firm, not too soft. A good middle of the road supportive and comfortable. Keep in mind the recliner is not a rocker or swivel. This is the perfect sofa and should last for years. I did a ton of research before spending this much money on a product I have never seen. It absolutely is as well built as it is advertised and you will not find any comparably priced sofas that are as good a quality as this. Flexsteel names it “Dutch” if you are trying to find information about it on their website or wanting to see it in person at an authorized dealer. It is only 91 inches long but ways 297lbs. If you need to move it you definitely need help as it is solid. The color is more beautiful in person, I was very happy when it was delivered. Also delivery was 10 days ahead of schedule with less than 24 hours notice they can deliver it. The delivery team set it up,and cleaned up. They were wonderful, I could not have donee it by myself..
