This couch is very comfortable and attractive. It was also fairly easy to convert into the bed option. AND the bed is surprisingly comfortable. Not always the case with a convertible beds. The couch looks nice overall, but it’s definitely smaller than it appears in the pictures, which was disappointing. The storage section under the cushions sits slightly higher than the rest of the couch, and you can really feel that difference when laying down, which makes it less comfortable. That’s the main reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. The directions were missing the specific instructions for doing this configuration but other than that, we were able to put the pieces of the couch together and figure out how to click them together... Update! We loved the couch at first. Had it for one month and my daughter sat on it heard a pop and discovered the leg like this! It was 5 DAYS after the 30 day return period. Called Wayfair and they wouldn’t take it back. Said I could keep it and I explained it was unstable. They gave me a 25 return fee and a 10 credit.
