There are some lumps in the pulllows that I hope will work themselves out over time but overall I’m really happy with it.. Kim. Arlington, VA. Wed Sep 23 2026

Overall, we’re happy with this sectional! We really like the size and how well it fits in our space. It feels sturdy, was fairly easy to assemble, and offers plenty of seating. The pull-out bed and extra storage are also nice features that make it even more functional. There are a couple of things worth mentioning. The cushions are on the firmer side, so it’s not quite as comfortable as we had hoped, but we’re hoping they’ll soften up over time with regular use. The pull-out bed is a convenient addition, although it does extend slightly beyond the frame, and resetting it requires pushing it all the way back in. A lever or simpler mechanism would have been a nice touch. Despite those minor drawbacks, we really like the overall look, size, and functionality of the sectional. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a spacious, sturdy couch with added storage and sleeping space, especially if you prefer firmer seating.. Janice. Philadelphia, PA. Sun Nov 01 2026

I am so impressed with this sofa i gave it 5 stars even though I have a time problems with it. First the good..which outweighs the problems. This is a huge sectional sofa. I got the brown and I love the fabric and the coloring of it. It is so soft. It is also has a lot of seat room from front to back. Very comfortable to sit on. Plenty of room to stretch out and take a nap on. This sectional sofa cant be rearranged. It all hooks together and is not stand alone pieces that can be rearranged except for the two very large ottomans. The ottomans have lots of storage in them, for throws or blankets. You need a large room to accommodate this big, sturdy and beautiful sofa. I had some problems with the instructions, they are not as clear as they could be. A lot of tiny diagrams to figure out. There again that could be that I am a senior lady and the fine print and drawings were more difficult for me. But I got it together with a little help in about 3 hours. Second problem I was missing some pieces on the ottomans but one call to Wayfair and the pieces are on there way. Excellent customer service. Love the sofa.. Darlene. Terre Haute, IN. Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option.
