Arrived on time. Perfect mattress for me. No too firm. My only complaint is I didn't realize I received 10" when I ordered 12". I found out after I opened it. I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase. Worth every penny!. Jill. Napa, CA. Fri Sep 25 2026
