This queen bunkie board was exactly what we needed for our new bed frame; our previous box spring made the bed way too high. The bunkie board comes in two hinged pieces, making it easy to handle. Easy to put together. Very sturdy. There are screws heads in the bed frame in 3 places down the middle of the frame and the center piece of the foundation sits on the screw heads. So it doesn’t fit flat on the frame. Either the makers of the bed or the foundation need to accommodate this space for the screw heads.
