I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous. This is my absolute favorite mattress! I have 1 in my master bedroom and now 1 in my guest bedroom. I also bought my daughter this mattress! I plan to get another for my second guest room as well! Kinda firm but also soft. Ive had other firm mattresses that I would wake up in the night with my body aching because it was too hard. I had spinal fusion on my lower back and too soft of a bed doesn't work. This mattress has been a game changer!. Tina. Watford City, ND. Thu Sep 17 2026

Boy oh boy - am we pleased - used it for the first time last night - partly to be sure it worked. It really does work well. Even heat across both zones, and how, we don't understand, but the heat isn't harsh, but evenly warm - cozy is a word that might better describe the feeling. We used to have a Beauty Rest heated mattress pad. It would heat unevenly, heat seemed harsh, and not dependable when it came to having quirks.. Bill. East Hartland, CT. Sun Oct 04 2026

A cool-to-the-touch fabric oers instant cooling, while Carbon Fiber Memory Foam draws heat away from the body for all-night comfort. Plus, a dense foam core provides durable support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this mattress is excellent. It is a heavy, thick mattress with a soft and durable cooling cover. It feels like a mattress that will stand up to the test of time. I’ve had a few budget memory foam mattresses, and there is a marked difference in quality between those mattresses and this mattress. This mattress is soft, but it is definitely not plush. I would say it is medium firmness. When you lay on the mattress, it sinks in, but you do not melt into it. There is little to no motion transfer, so you do not feel your partner moving through the night. I love that there is a 100 night trial so you can shop with confidence.. Aprilb. Fri Feb 20 2026

Sealy was among the first to create the hybrid, pairing the best qualities of innerspring and memory foam mattresses to deliver best-of-both-worlds comfort. Carefully engineered coils adapt and support every part of your body, while specialty foams conform and cushion for your most comfortable night’s sleep. Our classic Sealy Cool collection is engineered for a great night’s sleep, delivering trusted Sealy quality at an affordable price. Your mattress comes compressed in a box, combining Sealy quality with the convenience of easy transportation.

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026
