This product is basically a tray table that has a few additional options. It is adjustable height which is a little awkward to do. I have to lift it up to do it so I’m not able to adjust it with anything on it. The tray also has a tilt adjustment which is much easier to adjust. One of the tilt angles is perfect for a laptop. I’m using it as a flat table for when I do a little artwork at night while we watch television. Although the outcome was great, the process was horrendous. The desk is beautiful, great color, glossy, looks fantastic. It is sturdy, functional and I love that I can fold it down if I need the space. The shelf underneath is a great addition so yeah, absolutely love the desk but the assembly process was brutal. The “instructions” were a single piece of paper with pictures and brief descriptions. The pieces were not labeled which made it even harder. I am sure that there are people that are more builder savvy than I that wouldn’t have had as much trouble as I did, but I ultimately had to find a video online of someone building this desk and watch it 15 times before I was able to complete it.
