It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline. I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. My husband was doubtful but he can’t stay off of them now. -) The electrical mechanism works well so far. Better than a zero clearance recliner and ideal for space with limited square footage (e.g. RV), this recliner can be placed directly against the wall and optimizes the space available. When you ease into the reclining position, the seat moves forward but leaves no gap between the back and the seat. The back of the recliner doesn't bump against a wall or whatever is placed behind it.

Fantastic, exactly what I was searching for. These chairs were easy to assemble, the fabric has a nice soft feel. I was worried because a few reviews said they were shiny and they arent. These chairs would probably be 1000 each in a furniture store, we paid less than that with tax for 2. They are heavy ( I wouldnt want to carry them upstairs - they come in 1 box) and feel like quality. My husband is 62 and 275 lbs . He can lean backrecline and the chair is stable. He likes the chairs as much as I do. The chair backs are a good height from the seat. Allowing you to rest your head to take the pressure off your neck.
