I like the armrests alot because I can change the height until it feel just right, my shoulders dont get tired so fast. The headrest is easy to adjust too, I found good spot for reading or just watching TV. The seat is wide, soft and have nice back support, so sitting long time is not a problem. The footrest let me stretch my legs, and the cup holder is more useful then I first think. I also keep remote and small things in the side pocket. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown.
