However you just have to know how to put things together. -some of pre-drilled holes might be just a little bit off but common sense you line everything up. -Such as specifically the black tracks; line to the edge of the wood (do them all the same as the last) If for any reason, your drawers didn’t sit on the tracks and fit in correctly, there is a way to fix it - just go back and check your work. The only reason I’m giving this dresser a 4* rating is the customer service !!! I received it and a very big amount of the parts were damaged or broken. No questions asked, they sent me a brand new one! However, it’s a pretty poor quality. The drawers don’t slide in smoothly and get stuck all the time. There is a separate piece that goes in the frame of the face of the drawers and is not properly glued to the frame so it all moves as you open the drawers. I had to glue them all myself so it doesn’t drive me crazy every time I open it. If you are looking for a quality dresser- I would not recommend this one! Dresser is great and was easy to put together all by myself. It did take a little longer than the 30 minutes the instructions said but probably could have been done if I had a second person.
