These are beautiful lights. They were a lot smaller than I expected, but they fit the 12 bathroom. I was replacing some old lights in. They do require a lightbulb that my handyman informed me you should change out without using your fingers. The light fixture does come with a gray circular device that allows you to change out these lightbulbs because if you touch them, they do run the risk of exploding in your hand. This 2-light vanity fixture has a distressed finish that gives it a rustic, farmhouse appearance – as if it was salvaged out of an old barn. In some areas, the paint has been purposefully rubbed off. It has a round backplate and horizontal rod that supports the twin bowl-shaped shades, all made from galvanized steel. The two standard bulbs (sold separately) direct the ambient light downward so your bathroom vanity is well-lit. If you prefer a softer glow, simply install a dimmer switch.
