We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. Usually “firm” is not my cup of tea. However, as someone with chronic back pain and peripheral neuropathy it usually what is recommended for me. I just have not found them terribly comfortable and easy to relax in. So imagine my surprise when I fell asleep within a few minutes of getting sheets on the mattress. This week, I’ve been able to sleep for longer stretches than I’ve been able to in months. What’s more, I tend to move a lot in my sleep. Like, A LOT…..to the point where my old mattress would be several inches offsides from the box springs in the mornings and once or twice a month even partially off the frame. This bad boy, however, doesn’t seem to have moved a single inch since the install date. Thumbs up from this rather finicky and rambunctious sleeper. PS I also have sleep apnea. It was a great buy, especially for the price compared to other options. It was easy to put together and there are English instructions! The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Pulling out the footrest is not easy (doesn’t slide out easy), but the rest of it functions as expected. I will try to see if greaseWD40 will improve the footrest situation.. Anonymous.
