I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. It's so freaking thick! This is my first latex bed after having a memory foam for over ten years. My biggest issue was my hip and having the right firm support underneath so my mid-section doesn't sink, but still feeling the fibers adjust to my body contour. I've been sleeping on this for a month, and so far I'm loving. Firm but soft. I wanted to have that hotel quality at home, and I feel like I finally do. That is worth the price I sprung for. Mattress is fine, but the frame has an issue i can not turn off the lights under the bed everytime we get out of bed at night the light turns off it does not matter that on the controller I clicked off.
