Turn any bed into a pillow top with Naturepedic’s Box-Stitched Organic Latex Mattress Topper. Shredded latex filling provides a plush, responsive feel that adapts effortlessly to your body's contours, offering unparalleled support and pressure relief – all without any of the GOTS-prohibited chemicals or polyurethane foam you might find in traditional toppers (and no chemical flame retardants, either!). This 3-inch mattress topper features a durable, box-stitched design that not only adds an elegant touch, but also ensures the filling remains evenly distributed for consistent comfort. A plush, pillow top feel meets body-contouring support for luxurious comfort every night.

This really saved our still new mattress that was feeling too hard. Pluses are that you can remove the pillows to wash the lovely organic cotton cover There are 70(!) small latex pillows in the queen size which means it will take some time to remove/ put them back it but it’s worth it. I let the pillows air out for a few days.. there is still a latex smell but hoping with time it will wear off. One thing to note. We tried it with a wool mattress protector on top of the topper. That made the latex squish together too much (feeling too firm) so we tried it with just a sheet over and that’s MUCH better. It allows the shredded latex to expand and do its thing. Also interestingly with the wool mattress protector underneath the latex topper, we felt we slept cooler. So I don’t think this topper sleeps hot at all. This was with American Blossom Foxfiber sheets which are thick organic percale sheets.. Marilyn C.. Mon Sep 21 2026

2 inch thick natural latex; Flame retardant free; Free of harsh chemicals and odors; All natural and completely non-toxic; Wrapped in a thin layer of wool; Available in custom sizes! Our Natural Latex provides a soft and bouncy feel without the sharpness or gradual loss of elasticity of springs. And while all latex is a man-made material, our natural latex is derived from rubber tree sap and not synthetic elastic. This limits off-gassing and unnecessary addition of untested chemicals. Additionally, all our latex is made via a variation of the Dunlop Process called the Continuous Pour Process, which we believe makes for the most consistent and even latex product on the market. Our natural Dunlop latex is a "Medium" firmness. In Dunlop terms, it's considered a C3 class, which is a rough equivalent of a 32-ILD in Talalay. While initially quite soft and giving, the natural latex offers excellent support and weight redistribution, cradling the body.

Coop Sleep Goods' Adjustable Latex Cut-Out Pillow delivers responsive, personalized support for a truly customized night's sleep designed specifically for dedicated side sleeers. Unlike memory foam, Talalay latex gently contours to your head and neck while maintaining a naturally bouncy feel that relieves pressure points and keeps your spine properly aligned. Simply unzip and add or remove fill to dial in your perfect loft and firmness. Every pillow ships with an extra bag of fill for easy customization so you can adjust your pillow to your unique sleep style. Latex naturally enhances airflow to prevent heat buildup and keep you feeling fresh. Sustainably made with natural cross-cut Talalay latex and recycled PET poly fiber, it's GREENGUARD Gold certified and finished with a removable, machine-washable cotton and poly-spandex blend cover for effortless care.

The Signature Hybrid is designed for those who value high-end quality and long-lasting comfort—without the hefty price tag. Unique foam consistency and contour design offer plush density that is perfect for the back, stomach, side, or pregnant sleepers.
