Set up a little while ago layers snap but don’t seem very tight. Its much louder streaming than I thought, tried adjusting pump but haven’t gotten it to sound smoother trickling. Well after reading other reviews I don’t agree that you can’t hear the water. I do think after getting it that it’s overpriced by 50.00. It’s made in China not the US. This arrived yesterday. It came direct from the manufacturer in a large heavy duty cardboard box with an incredible amount of heavy paper packing material. The fountain is the large model and is exactly as described dimensions wise. Was easy to assemble although I had a nozzle type piece with no idea what to do with. Anyhow it works just like the picture with about a 2-3” high flow with the pump on high. The pump is very quiet and the water flow makes minimal noise. The pump has a swing vane on the inlet to control flow. The power cord is about 14 feet long. I bought it to attract hummingbirds but no luck yet. Very happy with this fountain and recommend it.. This fountain made a great addition to my yard. It is well made and installation was easy. I wired the lights into my existing low voltage patio lights for convenience as it comes with separate cords for the pump and lights.
