Absolutely in love with this couch. Immediately out of the box it was already pretty comfortable! Has a slight smell out of the package but it smells like new car to me. Assembly was easy - you screw on the legs and then snap in the backing like Legos. It took me about 1.5 hours to do solo. Delivery was as expected - we received 3 ~75lb packages, 3 ~50lb packages, and 2 ~10lb packages. The packages are pretty large so I would definitely recommend 2 people for getting them inside.. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

I had someone set it up. I live in an apartment and the couch came in two separate boxes. Be aware! I live alone so I had to enlist a random person to help me bring it to my apartment because we don’t have an elevator. Once the couch was set up it was exactly as advertised. It’s comfortable and not too low for me.. Adriene. Magnolia, NJ. Sat Oct 24 2026
