This modular sofa is exactly what we needed in our playroom/den. Love that we can move it around as needed and the quality seems to be really good. With little kids, being able to take off the covers and machine wash will be awesome when the time undoubtedly comes. Fabric is soft and plush and very comfortable. The only two cons are that it might take a little bit of time to break it in to make it a little less firm- not that it’s too firm, but might just need some time to reach optimum comfort, and I imagine it may get hot to sit on since it’s so plush. This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida.
