I also love the color, and the material is very soft. My most favorite couch I've ever owned.. Heather. Springtown, TX. Tue Oct 06 2026

I found this same sectional at a local, high-end furniture store on sale, and it wast still $1,200 more than what Birch Lane had it. It is extremely well made furniture, very high quality. I am so happy with it. And the delivery was flawless. Great communication from both Birch Lane and the local delivery team. I would not hesitate to order from Birch Lane again!. Darse. Cny. The corduroy upholstery provides a soft, ribbed texture that adds depth to your seating, while the innerspring and foam fill creates a supportive feel. We’re obsessed, it’s super deep and the storage is a big plus. We thought maybe the storage would make it harder but it’s so cushioned, we didn’t feel a difference. We preferred it L shaped so we only used 4 of the sections and then sold the last section as an individual ottoman.. Sonya. New York, NY. Thu Aug 06 2026

Couch is smaller then expected and they missed delivering a piece so had to wait for a new one to be sent back out. Color is good..but it really short. Anonymous. Fri Oct 23 2026

Have only had it a week but loving it so far. Was nervous about buying a sofa sight unseen but everything people said in their reviews was accurate. It is firm but still soft without giving a sinking sensation. The leather is nice as well, I like that it 100 leather and not leather match. Looks good in the space too without being imposing, glad this is the one we went with.. Kenisha. Capitol Heights, MD. Sat Oct 10 2026

You’ve tucked the kids into bed, the day‑to‑day has melted away, and you’ve claimed the corner of this sectional for your quiet hour. The deep seats wrap you in casual sophistication, the overstuffed cushions welcome your “me‑time” with open arms. The solid wood base whispers of quality and design, while the clean lines speak of modern elegance. When friends arrive, this sectional gracefully opens up: the corner layout invites a cozy circle of conversation, wine glasses on the low table, pillows passed around, laughter flowing. The versatile modularity means you can rearrange the pieces to suit the moment—whether you’re binge‑watching a show in your lounge robe, hosting a stylish gathering, or simply curling up with a great novel and your favorite throw.

This is honestly a beautiful couch. I saw a few reviews mentioning that the cushions didn’t seem very full at first, but keep in mind they do need about 24–48 hours to fully expand. Once they did, the cushions were super plush and comfortable. We love how elegant it looks while still being incredibly cozy. The cushions are also nice and deep, which is exactly what we were looking for in our formal living room — comfortable but still polished and stylish. The only issue we had was that one of the back cushions arrived without its cover. We’ve contacted the manufacturer through Wayfair and are currently waiting on a replacement. Aside from that, we’re really happy with the couch and love how it looks in our space.. Whittney. Tennessee. Thu Feb 19 2026

Shipped in multiple boxes with all tools and instructions included, assembly is quick and hassle-free.

Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Little furniture pads or a thick rug should fix that.. Abigail. Tulsa, OK. Wed Aug 26 2026

Looking cool and contemporary is great. But when it comes down to it, you’re all about low-maintenance lounging. With the performance fabric on the Bulwell pit sectional, cleaning spills is a breeze. And its customizable modular design caters to your ever-changing needs, whether you're setting up for family movie night or need extra seating when guests drop by.

Really beautiful couch in person. The stuffing is pretty stiff and kind of crunchy. I would say it looks more expensive than it is. The sectional did come with some stains on it. It looks like majority of the cushions are able to be unzipped and potentially machine washed gently though. Only complaint is that it’s not the most comfortable, but I do think that it will hold its shape nicely.. Megan. Mon Oct 19 2026

This couch is extremely comfortable. I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it is. It’s a little deceiving because all pieces come compressed in bags. So I wasn’t sure the bottom cushions would expend. And they did! My brother loves it as well. Anonymous. Wed Oct 21 2026
