So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

This showed up earlier than expected. According to the emails, it looked like it was gonna be delivered in portions. The communication was fantastic. I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. They made sure all of the plugs were hooked together, and pulled out properly so we could plug them up, to use the power recline option. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. We got this couch a couple months ago and so far like it a lot! The most important thing to note is that the depth is not as deep as most living room couches. It's also quite firm (which we like). It's more like a waiting room furniture than living room, but we love the clean look and the support. It's great that all the pieces are interchangeable, rotating them will help reduce wear.. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026
