I found this same sectional at a local, high-end furniture store on sale, and it wast still $1,200 more than what Birch Lane had it. It is extremely well made furniture, very high quality. Super big and roomy! Biggest fear ordering couches online is for them to come in looking cheaper and smaller than expected, happy this was not the case. Seats are a bit firm, but thinking it just needs time to get broken in. Would recommend!!. Anonymous. Sat Oct 23 2021

Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Little furniture pads or a thick rug should fix that.. Abigail. Tulsa, OK. Wed Aug 26 2026

The color and texture are really nice! Cushions are thin and not very comfortable. I purchased the whole sectional plus this piece. The fabric is already getting stretched out in the chaise area and wrinkled. I’ve had it almost 2 weeks! You have to put it all together! Backs to bottoms sides to ends and not all clips to attach each pc are in the correct direction. I received 1 double seat instead of 2 individual seats so it makes it difficult to configure it. Luckily I can make it work but not what I originally ordered. I did receive a discount but will probably not purchase from here again.. Penny. Boca Raton. Fri Oct 23 2026
