Amazing for the price! The couch is much prettier in person and the delivery team was top-notch! Haven’t really sat on it since it hasn’t been 24 hours, but the cushions plumped up nicely after taking them out of their sealed packaging. Highly recommend!. Jasper R.. Bakersfield, CA. We picked this one because all of the cushions have removable covers. With kids and dogs, it it’s important we can wash all of that. Only thing I’m worried about is if you accidentally tries to sit on arm of couch it could break.. Misty. Mon Oct 12 2026

It also comes with an ottoman that lets you kick up your feet and relax or place down a tray of snacks. Plus, this sectional features tapered wooden feet that round out its look.

Delivery was smooth. Putting the couch together was easy but time consuming cause it is MASSIVE. I’m 5’10 and I feel like a little kid getting ate up in this couch. My only complaint is the back pillows being kinda flimsy and need more cushion. The seats are great nice firm enough for sitting without completely sinking. Good for lounging. The hooks they provide are kinda thin and lame but the couch comes with screw holes so if you want to get stronger accessories I would recommend that. Now the back rests are adjustable but they do not stay in place you barely touch them and they will move . Other than those small things the couch is humongous and comfortable, for the price it’s a good choice if that’s what you’re looking for!. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

Absolutely stunning. I got the Grey Ainsley couch. This current view doesnt show the additional piece of the couch (I have that piece in the downstairs living room). This couch is sensational! The cushions are deep and comfortable, they are super super thick and have a good firmness, so hopefully the couch ages well. Best part, the bottom cushions have a removable slipcover so it can be washed! The back cushions are filled with loose fill, so removing the covers aren’t feasible. Our kids love it, the pets love the ledge and my husband was pleasantly surprised! It’s not hard to clean at all, my only qualm is that whatever the inner casing of the back cushions is, is very thin and almost paper like, so you just need to be careful taking the case off. And the threads do come out pretty easily but we do have two cats so that’s probably on me! Other than that we love it!. Amelia. Sat Oct 24 2026

My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

Looks great and is comfortable. I was a little nervous purchasing without trying it out first. Putting it together was interesting, it appeared like it wouldnt hold weight because its hollow, and the cushions velcro to the slats. It was deceiving, but once together it was fine. Holds the family. Cushions and pillows expanded good, I may drop fluffier inserts in the throw pillows. Overall great addition for the price.. Tt. Florida. Fri Sep 25 2026
