[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great medium firm mattress option. We love the quality of a sealy mattress, and this one is comfy and truly medium- not too soft or too firm.. Kimberlyc189f_8375. Sat Dec 06 2025

This bed is very comfortable. It definitely is more firm than soft as described. The first one came with a tear in it but Wayfair was awesome and sent us a new one. We would recommend. Our guests say they slept well!. Catie. Sanford, NC. Mon Aug 21 2023

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

The Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Collection provides an elevated level of comfort and support, with the added benefit of features to help keep you cool all night long.

I enjoyed a S&F mattress for 22 years, and honestly, I felt that it still had some life left in it. Still comfortable and solid after all those years. I was moving to a new house and thought it was probably time to replace the old S&F mattress/boxspring. I ordered a new Queen Lux Estate Tight Top Medium and was delighted to learn that it did not need a boxspring - one less bulky item to move. I ordered the foundation platform with the mattress for support and to extend the life of the mattress. I expected the same quality and comfort from my new S&F mattress and have not been disappointed at all! The biggest take away from this new S&F purchase has been the witnessing of the consistent quality of the product from my initial purchase 22 years ago!. Dream Sleep. Provincetown Ma. Great mattress! I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I initially purchased a dreamcloud firm mattress and it felt too soft. Swapped it for this one and I couldn’t be happier! It has minimal bounce and doesn’t sink when you sit on the edges. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a firm mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 08 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Two layers of 14-gauge coils—far stronger and more durable than those of other brands—combined with high-density natural materials, provide a solid, stable sleep surface that resists sagging and delivers ergonomic alignment, even under heavier weights. Because more coils mean more support, it proudly features up to 2,112 individually wrapped coils, which also improves responsiveness and pressure distribution. While the feel softens slightly for the heaviest sleepers, it remains definitively firm (10 out of 10) for lasting support for back and stomach sleepers. Side sleepers can add an Organic Mattress Topper for added contouring and cushioning.
