Oh my goodness, I was so surprised by how easy this was! I got so many updates about where the package was and when it was going to show up. To top it off, it came earlier than expected. I believe full-service delivery was an option to pick without much of a charge, if any. The guys who brought the mattress in did an awesome job—so personable, so friendly, took all the packaging away, and put it right down on the bed frame just like a top-notch mattress store. This was beyond convenient and exceeded my expectations tremendously. Because of all this, I wont hesitate to order any other larger furniture items in the future (of course, after checking prices to make sure Im getting a good deal!).. Tiffany. Seattle, WA. For over a century, the Kingsdown name has been synonymous with unprecedented quality. Every detail is considered, and we ensure superior material selection and perfection, right down to the last stitch of our renowned tailoring. Handcrafted in the United States, each mattress is tested and certified before it leaves our hands to ensure consistent, superior quality and accurate, refined support. So what is not to love about this mattress. I got it for the best price in history...my opinion. While everybody rushes out to get an all foam mattress, I've noticed that with my other 16 inch mattress, it has developed soft/softer spots. It still feels great but the support is not there. I feel that a hybrid is the way to go just like your car. Nobody wants an all gas car with these prices but if you had a hybrid, you can have more flexibility. I went to the mattress stores and tested several and could not find a more comfortable or reasonably price mattress that can stand the test of time. It has only been a short while but I can already tell the difference. Being a plus size person, this mattress provides the sturdyness to hold the weight and the softness for a good night's sleep. I find myself taking more naps during the day because I'm more comfortable. Can't wait until the foam mattress is completely out so I can catch another sale.. Darnita. Saint Louis, MO. The mattress arrived on time and delivery was great. The box was torn up and filthy, but the mattress was in perfect condition. It is a beautifully tufted well designed plush mattress. It is quite heavy, being 15” thick. It is extremely comfortable, with the perfect amount of plushness and firmness. The sides are well constructed and can be sat on without the edge caving in like some other mattresses tend to do. Great purchase.. Sarah. Adkins, TX. Tue Sep 05 2023

I like the firmness of the mattress. Combined with a memory foam mattress topper this mattress is very comfortable. The only thing I dislike and why I can only give 4 stars is that the mattress transfers every movement. So when my husband turns around or our dogs move, I feel it. Our old mattress didn't do that..
